Good Reference

If you are a coach, or even a parent, this book is a good resource. Part of the ASEP Coaching series, the Sport First Aid course covers everything from ingrown toenails and jock itch to cardiac arrest. The reference materials, reference card and descriptions of both typical situations and symptoms, as well as first aid steps are both useful and easy to understand.

I needed this book for class and it did not disappoint. the price that Barnes and Noble had on this book was astonishing compared to this price. Couldn't pass it up.
